Current networking and distributed systems are highly vulnerable and can be easily compromised by attacks. Research on secure computing and communication has gained more and more attention and its major goal is to make systems measurable, available, sustainable, secure and trustworthy. The Seventh International Symposium on Security in Computing and Communications (SSCC’19) aims to provide the most relevant opportunity to bring together researchers and practitioners from both academia and industry to exchange their knowledge and discuss their research findings. The proceedings of previous editions have been indexed by Scopus and DBLP.

All accepted papers will be published by Springer in Communications in Computer and Information Science Series(CCIS), ISSN: 1865:0929. The proceedings will be available via the SpringerLink digital library. CCIS is abstracted/indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago and Scopus. CCIS volumes are also submitted for the inclusion in ISI Proceedings. The Communications in Computer and Information Science Series(CCIS) is listed in UGC-CARE List Group A (Scopus Source List).

SSCC 2019 is co-affiliated with the International Conference on Applied Soft computing and Communication Networks (ACN'19), December 18-21, 2019, Trivandrum, India . The Conference will be held at Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management-Kerala (IIITM-K), Trivandrum, India during December 18-21, 2019. Kerala renowned as the “Gods own Country”, situated in the southwestern tip of India, bestowed with unique geographical features that have made it one of the most attractive tourist destinations in India. Besides its famous languid network of back-waters, sprawling beaches, paddy fields, coconut groves, tea plantations and elegant house-boats, Kerala is well-known for its delicately spiced, taste-buds tingling cuisines. The state blessed with a serene climate and lush greenery is home to wild elephants, exotic birds and odd tigers. The land is also famous for its cultural heritage, traditional festivals and snake-boat races. Moreover, Kerala is one of the best Ayurveda tourism destinations in India.
