The 7th International Symposium on Signal Processing and Intelligent Recognition Systems (SIRS’23) aims to bring together researchers from academia, industry, and government and to provide an international forum for the sharing, exchange, presentation, and discussion of original research results in both methodological issues and different application areas of signal processing and pattern recognition. The technical program of the symposium will include tutorials, regular technical sessions, workshops, special sessions, demos, and plenary/keynote speeches. SIRS’23 is co-affiliated with the International Conference on Applied Soft Computing and Communication Networks (ACN’23), December 18-20, 2023, Bangalore, India.

All accepted papers of ACN’23 main track and Co-affiliated Symposiums (SIRS’23 & SSCC’23) will be published by Springer in Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems(LNNS).  LNNS is indexed in Scopus. The proceedings will be available via the SpringerLink digital library. The books of this series (proceedings) are submitted to ISI Proceedings, SCOPUS, Google Scholar, and SpringerLink. The accepted paper of SIRS’23 will be included as part of ACN’23 proceedings.

The Conference will be held at PES University, Bangalore. Bangalore is the capital city of the Southern state of Karnataka, India. It is Asia’s fastest-growing cosmopolitan city. It is home to some of the very well-known high-tech industries in India. Bangalore is known as the Silicon City of India. Bangalore is also home to some of India’s premier scientific establishments. Bangalore is blessed with a moderate climate, gardens & parks, natural lakes, architectural landmarks, shopping malls, the best restaurants, and more.
