SIRS’23 is co-affiliated with the International Conference on Applied Soft Computing and Communication Networks (ACN’23), December 18-20, 2023, Bangalore, India. All accepted papers of ACN’23 main track and Co-affiliated Symposiums (SIRS’23 & SSCC’23) will be published by Springer in Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems(LNNS).  will be published by Springer in Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems(LNNS).  LNNS is indexed in Scopus. The proceedings will be available via the SpringerLink digital library. The books of this series (proceedings) are submitted to ISI Proceedings, SCOPUS, Google Scholar, and SpringerLink. The accepted paper of SIRS’23 will be included as part of ACN’23 proceedings.
